Ever been to Hongdae? Yeah, it has the reputation of being another one of Seoul's night scenes, and it most definitely is, but if you see it in the daylight, it's a whole 'nother world. As it is in the district of an art university, I guess it's expected that every wall you walk by will be graffitied and painted to death.
