March Wrap-Up
Wednesday, April 02, 2014
It's officially April, meaning it's time to dust away everything that's happened in the past month in a neat little blog post. March just fleeeew byyyy. I feel like I've done so much, but I can't believe it's all over. As usual, I've been absolutely terrible about keeping up with this blog. It's really such a shame because I've fallen head over heels in love with New York, and I know I'll want to keep all these memories once I leave. So for April, I'm going to try my hardest to post something at least once every couple of days. But before all of that, let's circle 'round back to March, shall we?
First of the month started off with another trip to Shake Shack. What else?
Followed by some more gastronomical adventures around Harlem. Dinosaur BBQ is no joke. If you're ever in the area (or when if you're not) you have to stop by, even if it means having to sit through a 45 minute wait.
I saw my first NBA game! I don't have a favorite team yet, but maybe while I'm in New York, I might as well root for the Knicks.
For spring break I flew over to sunny Californ-i-a to visit some friends. First stop was San Diego...
...then came LA where we celebrated Addie's birthday at the happiest place on Earth. But more on that later...
Then on one spontaneous Wednesday night, I got free tickets to go see my first ever Broadway musical. Ain't I just the luckiest girl?
In the coming weeks I'm going on a cruise along the Hudson, going to see the first game of the season between the Yankees and Red Sox *go Red Sox*, hopefully produce a successful college fashion show, and attend Columbia University's Bacchanal spring festival. Schedule's packed! So, in no time, this blog will be too.
