Happy Halloween!

This year is the first time I've ever dressed up for Halloween. "Dressing up" is a little ambitious as there wasn't much of it involved. I wore all black and just put on some ears and tah-dah! I'm a mouse, duh!

Some people went all out though. I saw a number of dead people, avatars painted blue from head to toe, every single kind of superhero, a couple of walking lattes, and even Olaf from Frozen. But the Simpsons family definitely takes the cake. Best costume of the night!!!

My girlfriends and I went to Itaewon.

It's nights like Halloween when Itaewon is the first place people think to hit up. But. No. I don't recommend it. Please. Head elsewhere next year. As fun as it was, there was about 9 million people in the area that night. It got so crowded, that the police stopped allowing people to get off at the Itaewon subway station! Walking down the street, I felt like a sheep being herded through the crowd.

After a few bottles later and many, many selfies later, we walked what I feel like was about a mile to catch a cab. I'd describe it to be something like a fight to the death to flag one down. Once we managed to find one willing to take our rowdy group of two cats, one bear, and one mouse, we made our way to Gangnam's Club Syndrome.

We were being a little bad (it was Halloween, after all) and snuck past security. It's a funny story actually... There was a looong line by the entrance for walk-ins, so my friends and I stood by the other side to figure out our next move. It was then when a giant bouncer turned around, confused and dazzed by the sheer number of people he had to deal with that night, and asked, "Urm, are you VIP?" Without blinking, I said yes, and it was kinda of a shoo-in from then on.

I think he was just happy to get the four of us out of his hair (though I think he might've been bald..), cause this place was PACKED! It's a good thing Halloween fell on a weekend this year, or else there'd be a looot of youngin's nursing a nasty headache the day after.

Halloween was crazzzy, but nothing wasn't expecting. I think next year, I'll look into doing a Murder Mystery or something a little quieter. Anyone know of any good ones?
