Opposite of Healthy

Tuesday, November 05, 2013

I live by the 80/20 rule. 80 percent of what I eat is healthy, fresh, and nutritious (or at least I try). The remaining 20 percent consists of Kimchi fries, cheese skirts, steak tacos and everything else my inner fat kid could want.

Today was definitely a 20 day, and Gourmet 494 was the perfect spot to indulge.

The basement food court in Galleria is home to a myriad of boutique restaurants of already popular dining joints around Seoul, including Vatos Urban Tacos, Hotel Douce, and Mizusho by Sushi Matsumoto by renowned Japanese chef Matsumoto Mizuho.

I went with Mexican at Vatos. And can I just say...Whoever came up with the concept of Korean-Mexican fusion is a complete genius.

Cheese Skirt Burger @ Brooklyn: The Burger Joint
A seven ounce hand made patty laid on a piece of fried cheese.

This place also has a burger called C.R.E.A.M. which stands for Cheddar Rules Everything Around Me. If  the cheese skirt didn't catch your attention, and this still didn't do it for you, you're a lost cause. Sorry.

You need to fatten up for the winter time, right? Hibernation season is coming.
