The little things in life make all the difference, don't you think? Like ice cream...And having options. And when you can combine the two, you've got a sure winner. Which is exactly what Ma Creme is: a winner. At least in my book. After days and nights of extended agony, final exams are finally done, papers have been submitted, and the semester is officially over! I think this calls for a little celebration -- it's time to treat yo'self.

Stroll into this posh little ice cream parlor and take your pick from chocolate, milk, or green tea ice cream bars. You'll then be asked what kinda chocolate you want it dunked in: dark or white? 

Well, that was easy. Moving on to the hard part! Choosing from the 28 available toppings! 

The selection is far from the usual chocolate sprinkles and rice krispies you'd find at any regular run-of-the-mill ice cream shop. Here there's chia seeds, crepe flakes, bee pollen, quinoa... Even garlic flakes and wasabi, too, if I remember correctly. Like I said, what's better than having options? You get up to pick up to three, but of course you can ask for more for 300 won extra.

And then finish it off with a drizzle of your choice! 

Here's my masterpiece: milk ice cream dipped in white chocolate with shredded coconut, cookie crumbles, and popping candy rocks, drizzled with honey.

Go with however many of your buddies you want, and I guarantee that no two bars will be the same.

Now the only thing left to do with switch with all your friends and figure out who made the best one!

They say without ice cream, there would be darkness and chaos. I won't be the first to say otherwise!
